TCCA is also the first school to offer certification in Fruit and Vegetable Carving. A specialised culinary technique course will be offered on a monthly basis by our Culinary Founding Director and Global Culinary Educator – Chef Sizwe Cebekhulu.
Through our training partners we will be offering monthly courses in Chocolate and Pastry Art Works. Students will be taught the art of mastering the art of chocolate from bean to bar and also master the fundamental art of preparing and platting different types of desserts.
